Step 2. Design, rinse, repeat.

Once we understand your vision, our team gets to work crafting a rough draft or a series of drafts to kick off the creative process. We'll send you images generated from our carving simulator, so you can see exactly how your custom piece is shaping up. Your feedback is essential - share as many ideas, changes, or preferences as you'd like for the next revision. We'll refine your design and send updated simulator images for your review, repeating this collaborative loop as many times as needed. Thereā€™s absolutely no cost and no obligation throughout this processā€”if you decide itā€™s not working out or simply change your mind, youā€™re free to walk away at any time without any commitment. Your satisfaction and comfort with the final design are our highest priorities.

Step 3. Finalize your design.

GET A FREE QUOTE FOR YOUR CUSTOM ITEM.

Once youā€™re completely satisfied with your custom design, weā€™ll send you a detailed quote that reflects your unique specifications - including your choice of premium hardwoods, the exact size and thickness of your item, production time, and any additional materials needed to complete your item. If youā€™re ready to move forward, simply let us know and weā€™ll send an invoice to officially add your project to our production queue as soon as payment is received. Prefer to take some time? Your quote remains valid for later - just reach out when youā€™re ready, or feel free to file your design away with no strings attached. Your comfort and flexibility are always our priority.

Step 4. Craft and ship.

GIVE US THE GREEN LIGHT AND WE GO TO WORK.

As soon as your project reaches the top of our production queue, our team gets straight to work, beginning with precision carving in our CNC area. Your item then receives meticulous hand sanding and finishing, ensuring every detail meets our highest standards. Next, it moves to our stain and paint department, where we apply the perfect treatment and any custom paint specified in your
design. Throughout the entire crafting process, weā€™ll keep you updated at every stage. Once your piece is completely dry and ready to be wrapped, we carefully pack it for safe shipping and send it out to you as quickly as possible, so you can enjoy your custom creation without delay.
