How it Works
We've designed our fundraising program to be as simple and stress-free as possible for your organization. You focus on spreading the word — we'll handle the rest. Here's how the whole process works, from design to payout:
- Special fundraiser price of $40.00 per plate (retail value $45.00+).
- Your organization earns a minimum of $10.00 — up to $14.00 — for every plate sold.
- We'll collaborate with you to design one or more custom plates using your art and logos.
- Offer both traditional paper ordering and easy online ordering through your own fundraiser catalog in our store.
We provide a two-sided combo flyer and order form — just make copies and go.
We provide a direct link and QR code to your fundraiser's catalog for easy sharing. - Orders fulfilled weekly based on volume. Free local pickup and delivery options available.
- Shipping available for organizations outside our local area.
- Optional add-ons available to boost your earnings:
Custom Tag — $5.00 (+$1.00 per tag to your fundraiser)
Gift Box — $5.00 (+$1.00 per box to your fundraiser).
Outdoor Protectant — $10.00 (+$2.00 per plate to your fundraiser). - Optional merch add-ons using art from your plate designs:
Magnets — $5.00 (+$1.00 each to your fundraiser)
Keychains — $5.00 (+$1.00 each to your fundraiser)
Coasters — $8.00 (+$2.00 each to your fundraiser)
Small art pieces — $15–$25 (+$2.00–$4.00 each to your fundraiser)
Medium/Large art pieces — $30–$45 (+$3.00–$5.00 each to your fundraiser). - Run your fundraiser as long as you like — 30-day minimum.
- Paper orders: collect payment from your customer at the time of ordering. Submit orders weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly with cash or check made payable to your organization.
- Online orders: payment collected at checkout. We cover all processing and transaction fees.
- Online customers can choose local pickup (through you) or paid shipping to their location.
- Payout issued when your fundraiser ends and all online payments have cleared.
